Hey Otto, I pointed to that birthday thing under your avatar. Dang! :ohmy: You are just about as old as I am. Thanks for pointing out the little symbols. Never paid them much attention til now.

Back on track, Definitely chomping to go for a ride. I am picking up my ZRX from a friends shop tomorrow. I am riding it home. I don't care if it only hits 25 degrees for a high.

How did you think I knew about your "birth day" when I wished you happy birthday the other day. Thanks for pointing out how old of a fart I am to everyone. :laugh: But- It also shows everyone how much we deserve these old classics. :woohoo:

I'm just a couple hours south west of Chicago, at some point this summer I could come up there and ride with your chapter.

Ive got no problem with that, a lot of country roads to ride out here in the sticks.

Hey guy's I used to live in chicago and will be comming up with my bikes this spring/summer and would like to go on any rides planned.I'll keep an eye on this thread.

Awesome! Well, I have to say for sure I would love if everyone could get away for some long distance rides starting with one around the lake and if and a very big IF spring break I have my bike back together I was hankering to ride to the keys for the week of spring break.
Got the frame back the other day and I will take pics and post them up as I go along. She is gonna look all purdy if have to pawn my testes to do it. :huh: :dry: :blink: :woohoo:

Ok you guys, one of my friends has to plan his summer vacations very early like in the next week to take off so we can ride around the lake.
For all of you interested in riding around the like in a sizable group Let's make a plan to do this now. Let's pick a week in June to go. I get out of school June 18th So we could leave that Friday mid day and be gon for about four days or before the second week of July. I am planning on riding to California as well in July. Let me know please.

Well, good ten days so July???? Or do you think it is too much? I would love to do that tour with you guys but.... I might ride to California this summer sooooo.... If you will be back in July and have four free days maybe five but I was thinking Friday through Monday. Who knows? I have a colleague with a Cabin in the UP and he said we were more than welcome to pop a tent if there were many or to stay in his cabin. I may take him up on that offer. Maybe stay a day or two and do some hunting and fishing too.

Hey Lawrence, Don't sweat the Lake Tour. Hopefully your friend will be going with you. It is always better to use the buddy system on long rides. I suggest getting together early this spring. We can go for a 1/2 day ride and find out if we are compatible. I like to think of these rides as shake down cruises for not only the bike but the riders!

Hey Otto, How bout getting the band back together. Help us out and get a bunch of KZ riders and assorteds together for a local ride?
