Man that sucks, i used a guy in the uk called.
www.billetbikebits.com/
Hope its not the same guy as i was going to get him to do more work at the end of the year.
Don't worry it's not him. I'm not going to call him out publicly as I don't know the full back story
Ok so a quick update, picked my parts up today, no explanation or apology given !  Quote " hello I've got your stuff here in a box" so the shop in question is nkracing.co/ and I would suggest you steer clear unless you are prepared to wait for ever until he's got nothing better to do

Still thrashing on that seat pan (it's more my lack of experience with plastics than the size of the job) nearly there now. Was in my comfort zone today bashing metal to make some reinforcers after all the cutting and joining. Really happy with the way it fits to the side panels though

This seat is turning into the biggest job of the build so far, still should be able to finish up the foam tomorrow and it will be ready to go off to the trimmer. Also finished the frame mounts for it

Thanks Calum, still got the side panels to rework but shouldn’t be too bad with my newfound plastic skills

So Seat is done now ready for the trimmer   and I thought I would share some "old skool" trimming techniques for anyone that is interested. You can see from the earlier pics that I had cut and joined the original Triumph foam in a few places, to bind it all together and ensure the joins don't open up at some point in the future I have applied a layer of "scrim linen" wich is like a soft "Hessian" material. This binds the foam and the joint between the foam and the pan. I then added a layer of "scrim foam" which is thin foam on a fabric backing (this is the stuff sewn to the back of covers to create quilting etc) this is like the "high build primer" before your paint job. Hopefully doing all the prep should mean the trimmer doesn't charge the earth as the "donkey work" is already done.
Also dropping off my tree's tomorrow to the guy that made my fork extensions so progressing nicely

Thanks Forrest, the seat was my first venture into the world of fabbing  plastic so took a while. Still I learned a lot and the side panels are coming along
