Took it for a ride around the block today. Brakes don't work right, MC is too big. Found an oil leak. Run pretty rich. And the clutch needs a small adjustment. I am here to tell you, it wants to run like a raped ape.

Where's the oil leak? Not the head gasket I hope.

No, not the head gasket. Oil cooler adapters I think.

Got the front brakes fixed up tonight. Got the correct MC from the local salvage yard. Should be back on the road this Sunday.

The GP style ones I bought were to big of bore, 3/4". They worked but we're spongy, regardless of how many times I bled them. The other one I bought was a cheap knock off of the original 14mm Nissan MC and apparently garbage. The used 14mm Nissan MC I took apart, cleaned and it bled in 15 minutes. I will have to buy a matching MC for the slave cylinder I bought and try the hydraulic clutch again.

Yeah, 3/4" sounds way too big to me, 14 or 16mm for the brakes and 10-12 mm for the clutch should be a lot closer to what you want IMHO
