My KZ650 Turbo Build

For those that have followed my build up until now know progress has been slow. Between not getting the right stuff, and admittedly my own ignorance the project has come to a halt. My initial plan was to modify the bike extensively in a single winter without knowing how involved I was getting. But now here we are with little time to get it done. I have decided to pickup another bike to ride in the mean time, and I will be doing a very thorough turbocharged build to this bike. All the specs and plans are still in the making, but as of now I am collecting parts and will be getting the engine back together. Hopefully by next spring this sucker will be on the road!

Custom turbo manifold
Turbo - Garrett GT2052 50 trim
Turbo oil system - Turbowerx Exa-Pump mini
Intercooler Piping - Generic 2" piping kit
Intercooler - Custom unit ~2x6x9
Intake manifold
Injectors - RC 440cc
ECU - AEM EMS4
Throttle body
Connecting rods - GPZ750 Turbo rods
Pistons - Low compression Wiseco 810 kit
Headwork
Camshafts - KZ650 cams
valvetrain - APE Heavy duty valve spring
clutch - Need some guidance on this as well.

It's your fault I'm doing this, but it's a good thing haha!

You will definitely be involved... I need billet rods, rearsets, the list goes on.

We can do a shoot whenever, you're still coming down for MotoGP right?

Yep, still going, hoping to have all new body work on, way different than the Walt Disney color scheme. lmao

Found some GPZ750 Turbo rods on ebay for a better deal than custom rods!
