So this project has been neglected. I've been in the land of fcr carb tuning with my other builds but I had to tackle the super b carb and get it running. I can get it to run but it's a ways from being street ready. I have an accelerator pump to install and hit up the Harley forums for help as my super b is highly modified and I don't understand all the circuits.

I know I know.. Lol. Never build 3 bikes at once cause then you end up working 3 years and no bikes are done until the 3rd year... then all 3 will be done in the same summer.
I was busy working on these..

You mean "turning" out nice neither are fully done though the tracker is close. The gulf one has a custom race motor I built and is under 350lbs in it's current state. I like vtwin, mono shock and chain drive. The list was very small.. These bikes are really easy to work on too but rare, chain models are made for 2 years only.
On the KZ I was waiting on rear sets from Les but I think life got in the way for him so I got distracted with the blinking lights of these other builds and got carried away. Next thing you know the KZ is crying in the corner for attention..
I finally got the super b working to start and idle but I'm not sure its a viable solution at this time. Worst case I will fab up dual 40-41mm FCR's. I can say with my new manifold design; vacuum has increased quite a bit I almost lost my whole hand where before it wasn't as dramatic.
I dont see why I wouldn't get this bike completed in the next 2 to 3 months. My problem is I spend 10-16 hours a weekend in the garage working on my bikes. (I have 6). So to get the KZ done faster I am taking to a friends to get a few things done so I can progress on multiple builds at the same time.
I'm a bit worried on the jetting of the SC so I am thinking about going wide-band monitoring to get it right, yes I can dyno it but I think I wouldn't mind full time monitoring.

So I think I either lost my accelerator pump for the super b or I recycled it.. I can't find it for the life of me which totally sucks.
So now I'm going to reevaluate the overall fueling..

BUMP! Bump & a HUMP in fact....
Some incredible bike-pron in this thread. Especially the various Bimotas/Bimotae?
I'd love to see more of the o.p.'s DEEP SUMP though. And perhaps some stuff about how the deep sump fits with the WOLF PIPE!
I've got a wolf pipe on my Honda DOHC-4 "CB900K0 Bol Bomber" and it's so damn tight I can't DO the deep-sump mods I've developed for this build, and the oil filter housing barely squeezes under there, so no room for a spin-on filter adapter plate. I'd like to figure out a spin-on canister which seals directly to the cases, using a TRUCK-sized canister and a little pipe nipple for an adapter. I think if I find one short enough, it could squeeze behind the hand-bent header.
Pain in the butt though - MY wolf pipe has to come off with every oil & filter chainge. So I'm naturally curious about the fitment on the Kawasaki here, and how it relates to a deeper modded sump pan.
-Sigh.
