Some more work done lately
Reinforced the side cover connection points:
Got some help bringing out the right material from our 7 toed cat called Torsten.
I aslo started manufacturing a little tool for a visit to my american friend who had something to say about the safety wire. Think it will come in handy

I saw the cat tail in the 'before" picture of your caliper...not sure if anybody else noticed that. Must have been Torsten helping you on that too.

cleaver  !
funny story ,
i went with a buddy of mine to repo his kz650 from a guy and i am in the street leaning on my car while my buddy is in the yard with the non-paying guy explaining to him that he is taking the bike.when the non-paying guy goes "just a minute"and goes in the house.
he comes right back out with a big assed meat cleaver :woohoo: !
my buddy din't even back up and the other guy is waving it around while talking/yelling.i'm thinking i am fixing to get to watch my buddy get an arm whacked off when the police show up.
the ol cleaver will sure send chills down your spine when wielded in anger thats for sure  .
yours needs an edge tho ,

Ha..ha...that´s the best feeback, if folks copy your stuff. The tubes aren´t my idea originally, saw it some time ago...I think here at KZR and kept it in the back of my head since.
