Retrofication !

This is not very retro:

So I cut out some aluminium:

Cover up the Kawasaki-logo with some JB Weld:

Drill, mill and add some bolts:

Milled out some retro shapes in the aluminium:

Glas blasted the cover:

Fit them together and have a look see:

Some heat paint, polish and bling bling..

Got the cylinder and cyl.head blasted the other day..

Also a new level indicator on the clutch cover..

Soon the re-assembly will begin !

Small update:

Got the cylinder and cylinderhead painted.
Now I plan to mill down all the fins.

Got a small package that I totaly forgot about.
