Cans turned up today, one is a bit banged up but I can cut and flip it and after a polish they should look top notch.
Just need to work out how to squeeze them under the seat.....
So to hide the dent and a few good scratches i flipped them left for right and both upside down, I will need to rotate the outlets 180deg so they pound down again
They will fit under the tail with about 1/3rd of the height hidden so I will put new decals on the side at the bottom.

Can you remove the rivets, take the shell off and have an expert take the bumps out from the inside, just like they remove parking dents of car doors?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationLeon they are just called a motorcycle lift/jack
found one on eGay US for ya:
there only downside is the Min Height: 13" so i need to lift my bike onto it and they are only rated for 300lb but we know we can go more than that, however i wouldn't go this high on a full bike.
its a small price to pay for such a compact stand, much less bulky than a work bench and the bike is un-sprung too.
Faffi, the plan was always to cut the cans down so they would fit in the tail/ be really loud.......
they will end up being 295mm long and 2" straight through.

.....but I thought you said if everybody has one you don't want one??? .......but seriously now, I would dump the Kawasaki emblem and fab up a double row of LEDs in it's place tucked up under the seat rim all the way across. Those pipes look awesome!! :woohoo:

I dont think I would trust the stand with a full kz on it..
I like the led idea. Also I would put heat reflective tape (the good stuff from hot rod shops) on the inside of the tail section to reflect the muffler heat.

A small oval LED tail light/brake light like the one below (it's the one I use) would fit well where "KAWASAKI" is at. Just a suggestion.

You can also use red lens rear indicators with built-in brake- and tail light.
