You know how people say "If i knew then what i know now"... yea, i think i blew it with an awesome frame a few years ago I know a guy thats like some kind of monster when it comes to Kawasakis. Lots of them at his house i i remember seeing one of these, thinking it was just a crotch rocket.
....... need to draw a little blood before wisdom is gained
Kawasaki is more of a drug than any other breed of bike - I've currently got 4 x Z1000's in the garage
Mrs P don't even like 2-wheels  One of her friends came round when I had the garage door open, and she says:
"Why has your husband got FOUR bikes in the garage?"
I pipe up and say: "Coz I can't fit a FIFTH one in here!"

Ya, my "better half" feels the same. Lucky for me I have a little space at the shop for my "collection of junk".

Next is fitting the brakes.... I've gone thru' a few options, this being one that I've now rejected.....
It's a proper MICRON adaptor - converts the forks to use common Nissin 4-pots, etc.
I'm gonna use the lower caliper mount as a direct fit - just need 5mm shaved off the inside to align it - then make a small adaptor lug out of 10mm alloy plate, then JOB DONE I had wanted to get a new lug welded on, but the chap reckons alloy fork sliders will most likely deform/shrink if welded and the fork action may suffer

Saw this Harris framed Z racing at Mosport a few years back, until it's alternator fried:
Apologies for the sidetrack, but does anyone know what kind of wheels this bike has? The stock Enkei mags?
