76 tailpiece is flat above the light like the 77-80 B)

what legs do those fit?

if you have some plastic that is the same (a broken part )you could cut some strips off of it and use it to weld with.

I havent looked at them in a while but they are for zx7 legs 97 or 99 dont remember

thanks I got all excited about my bike after seeing Les's work then had family issues. Teenagers!!!
just when you think they deserve a little reponsibility they prove you wrong! but any way didnt get any time to try the abs welding hope to do that tonight

Thanks Leon, These are for ZX forks, so far all the ZX forks assemblys seem to have the same spacing and offset, just different fork diameters so all I have to do is change that diameter and should be able to make them pretty cost effective. Right now I'm doing 4 sets out of bar stock but I've got a shop pricing them roughed out on a waterjet, that will cut off a ton of time on the CNC and with plate being cheaper I may be into the roughed out version for pretty close money as bar stock is costing so it may get real affordable for a set. I still need to look into the GSXR forks for spacing and offsets. I know there seems to be some people using them. Having that CNC up and going opened up a whole new window.

i know that you are right about the cnc opening up new opportunities.

i would like to have one with a small work envelope for little one off stuff.if i could make it pay for itself then maybe i could get a bigger one :whistle: .
