i was in al asad 06-07 with mwcs-38 and 4th recon and al quaim with mwcs-38 in 07-08

very true, but, when you got bullets and bombs on a frequent basis, lol, it really develops and strengthens a bond that you cant experience with anyone else. i was in Balad(pre PX, chow hall, and Air Force;) ) then did most my time in Fallujah.

Let me ask this. Is there issue between the Marines and Navy? My wife sent something to one of her friends about some Marines that were killed and her friend's husband wrote back "F*** the Marines". I asked what that was all about and he said that he hates everything about the Marines. I thought maybe there is some kind of feud. Or maybe he's just a prick.

to an extent there is a rivalry but its like siblings just one thinking they are better then the other and yes Marines are 99% of the time errogant so its easy to hate us but that dude is just a prick for sure he probably got his girl taken from him by a marine and never got over it. happens all the time lol

here is what i ended up doing this weekend I had to heat a 1/4" bar on the grill cause i was building a seat pan and all the hardware for a buddies bobber
