bunch of little adjustments ,detailing stuff, engine paint re-touch,and some riding and i should be set for friday morning....

the seat cover was well worth the money and i can say 100% that it is a sure enough likeness ....it went on easy and this seat is a drag with a heat molded original......

here are some pics for the MKII guys that wanted a review and a link to the seller

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationthe cover came fast and well packaged although it had no instructions....duh...like it needs em...kinda does...i sat mine in the sun for an hour first and went slow...back center...front center...one pin in each corner and worked and reworked the sides and corners....looks great up close too...for being a repro imo.....

100 % satisfied ,as they said i would be too,B)

I want to thank All of the KZR group for walking me along on this one...Patton for the links and dyna info for sure ...withpout which i was stumbling and got to ride it enough to decide to go large.....also the Kraz1 and all the others for the parts..Hob and others too

But for sure without Greg i would not have anything but just another fixed up MKII in some color or rattle job with dings...

Greg also has built one and was a unbelievable source of tips and model specific info...as well as donating some rare 1 off parts and tid bits

Greg thank you for painting my bike and the flawless finish is the nicest thing i have ever owned
Thank you

now details details details....

Damn does that look BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't believe this all started from some crack head on craigslist. You have one awesome machine there. Great work!

Have you shared the painters name? Send me a PM if you don't want to post it. I'd love to have a body set done up like that....the way mine were before I had them painted in the 90's!!!  If only I had known what the value of these bikes would be.

Wire came loose from the bench to the first ride ....inside the head light....one hazard stays on no headlight or turn signals...no big...need to adjust the throttle cable...and a bunch of stuff...front end needs tweak to the left/aligned/steering bearings tight....countless little things but i can hit those after work each day....psi is goofy on these new avons..harsh @ 36 front 34 rear...

It screams and hauls ass....now if i can get it to feel half decent ...by friday
