I'm not familiar with Jake Wilson, can you point me in his direction?

That's an effing sweet bike Leon, nice find! Water cooled though? Is that a late model GPz engine? I do like the single sided wire wheel.....if the hub was anodized black or gold it would be perfect :woohoo: I found a bridgestone bt016 front tire for $85 (new) near my job site. I should be able to pick it up mid next week. I ordered new steering head bearings yesterday as well. That way I'm prepared when I get my triples. I talked to Irishwill yesterday, and he should be shipping the triple tree Monday before he goes back into the field :woohoo: if everything goes well, I'll have a roller by Thanksgiving

:( I talked to irishwill today. His machine shop buddy was not able to finish my triple trees. Something about being sick for a few days or some B.S. So, I must wait another 2 weeks until Ben gets back from the field. No roller by thanksgiving, but definately by XMas ;) :woohoo:
I have plenty to keep me busy until then, like finishing out the frame and painting it, getting my cylinder head parts together for Larry and sent off. Then of course there are my carbon parts that need more R&D. I also have a solid month of work left on my current project at work, which leaves me little time to work on the bike.

That would be me, the wearily wicked, or maybe the wickedly weary. Either way, too much to do, and no time to do it in. But thats how it goes, isn't it? I've got some money, but no time (prefered situation) or I have lots of time but no money (undesired, but this year a persistant situation) At least I have covered the cost of getting the bike rolling. I still need to get a rear stand and a front tire, a couple items I should pick up in the next two weeks. I still have a few little things to add/tweak in the frame to finish it, but in the mean time I am learning how to tig weld aluminum. So many things to do, so little time :pinch:
