Swingarm arrived today!! Can anyone say tremclad tomorrow, forecast is calling for 20 degrees and sunny, should be a nice day to paint!! That means the bike will definitely be on the road soon!

I can't put the engine together till next week, need to loan a torque wrench from someone, the pin that holds on the head fell out of mine, and now I fear its out. But I can get my frame and swingy and a million other things painted up tomorrow! Rolling chassis here I come!

Good job on the polishing, but your right, it can get pretty tedious  So, you can't even borrow a camera from a neighbor or something? Come on, documentation is essential at this stage my friend!!!

I took the mini one out of my phone and used the adapter. So now I've got a camera again. I'm just running out now to get paint for the frame and stuff. When I get back I'll sandblast the swingarm around the welds, prep everything, and lay down some paint.

No paint today. I just got the primer down, and I don't really have time to finish. Everything's laid out so when I get home on monday I'll be able to spray everything. If you wanna see a bike go together as quick as hell stay tunes, next week is gonna be quite the blitz.

Bad news, I got too much school work this week, so the bike is on hold till Thursday, but its full steam ahead then. The action plan Thursday is to get at her right after I get home from school and go until I have the frame and junk painted. Then I can start engine assembly, hopefully I can get the bottom end together on Thursday too. I have to make stud installers for my exhaust and cylinder studs at some point.

Leon, the swingy looks even better in person, I'm super pleased with it.

Thanks Larry! Thats high praise coming from the master.

I can't wait for it to be painted and mounted too, gonna be sweet. I had to cut off the center stand tabs, they were borderline in the way and I didn't want to chance it.
