So long as its blending and sanding rather than bleeding and sanding it should turn out all right. Seeing this is giving me the energy to keep up with mine. I've been off and on for 2 years now on it (with some time to ride it) and wonder if I'll ever really finish.

Rear Brake bracket CNC machining in a secret undisclosed location late at night...

Uhhhh ahhhh shiny metal!!

Looks better than the hand made original, this locates the CR 450 rear caliper.....

It is done, I cannot shave any more weight off.

CR 450 carrier lightend.

Brake stay drilled.

CNC bracket....

Bushing for the bolt to brake stay..

Total wt. 1.75 pounds!!

Nicely done. Any idea what the stock setup weighs? I'm guessing that the caliper stay probably weighs 2lbs. by itself.

I still love the bike, did you see the carving on the cases and fork bodies??

Finally finished blending all the welds on the swingarm this afternoon. I will try to get it back on the bike tonight for a picture.

Looks like it will be powder coating for the swing arm there are just too many dings in it to polish.
