Bought ignition switch and Petcock rebuild kit from Z-1 Enterprises this week.
Reminds me of funny story..
The first time i told my wife I had Petcock trouble, I must have had to explain it three times....

 Went to see my good freind Ed today.
We were on our way to a very productive day of brainstorming and machining.
Then we opened the 12 year old scotch.
The day then turned into a very productive day of brainstorming.....and sipping of the scotch.
Ahh yes a very productive day indeed.

Well back to Ed's last Friday...
This time we got smarter about things, I think they call it "process Engineering" Continous improvement, LEan Manufacturing, verticle intigration, A Kaizon, we 5s'd the shop, a root cause investigation.
Basically we did some machining FIRST.... then sipped the scotch in the nevada sunshine. Ahhhh....I see ...after the work is done, then sip of the scotch!!
SO I had to remove a bunch of the countershaft cover to clear the chain.

Plummen, I must ask. Did you see that pic of the C/S cover and say to yourself "Why, I have the perfect picture to respond to that"? or is that out of the Random Pic folder?
