I wanted to polish, but there are just too many dings, so I am thinkin powder coat same color as frame.

I just oredered titainium swing arm pinch bolts for the axle clamps on the ZRX swingarm.....there goes a few more grams!!!!:laugh:

Gotta get the weight down to around 450.

The pursuit of the lightweightness has gone OCD, These two bolts and washers cost almost 50 bucks with shipping.

How close are you to your weight goal? Have you actually weighed the bike? 450 is in the territory of a modern 1000cc sport bike. I would be interested to see if you can get there.

i think dutch got his kz down around 450 lbs. ?
u could check with him and maybe get some ideas on further weight reduction. B)
