i had a big ol reply typed out for you sunday then when i hit send my connection dropped an i lost it.no big deal it was mostly cheerleading,and hand placement techniques and what not :laugh:.that upper shock bracket is sweet looking.do you have a tubing bender?just asking as you fabbed instead of bent the bracket.looks great tho.

I just sold the tube bender I had....but I don't think I would go that route....I tried it before...and it didn't look that good....maybe if I had a smaller radius die set it would have turned out better.

i fully understand about the radius not having the right look.
the fabbed one looks great.
it is also another chance to flash those welding and fitting skills .

Here is a pic of the finished bar clamps....the guages have been set to a flat position (1 of 4 possible positions) and the bars to there forward most position.

here is a better view to see the angle of the guages.

Question...

Does that GSXR front end include a speedometer drive unit?

If so, are they in the same ratio's (drive unit to speedo)?

If not, how are you going to drive the analog speedometer?
