Nice work. I have the P108 on my 750 twin, nicer than the Grimeca or AP version and cheaper to boot!. What forks are you running?

Forks are 06 Kawasaki zzr600
Now starting to work on the
Clutch pull mechanism, used the inner parts from a 81 kz100j sproket cover
Started will a 4 inch slug because that's all I had on hand , I bit of refinement and should be done in a few days

Seriously cool project. The machining is top notch, but I really am enjoying the thought process behind it all......just fantastic !!!

Everything complete
Clutch pull is too hard
Will have to make an extension
Kz1000 clutch link arm is no doubt shorter than the Ducati unit causing the problem
Oil in the bike ,just need some fresh gas and a battery then hope for the best
It's too cold here in Ontario Canada
For a test ride ,hope to fire it up this weekend just to hear it

Hi Richard, the pictures of your crankshaft appear to show stock conrods, is that actually what you run with and is that part of control for that class of racing?
If so that is testament to the strength of factory rods considering the RPM range you run in.

Yes stock connecting rods
I think they become a weak point
When you throw some big compression and CCs at the engine ,our rules say no more than 5% over bore over stock 750

Everything else is open season on the motor
Same as weight ,no minimum, the bike weight is 378 dry , without oil, battery and fuel
