Muffler came from Ali  have no idea for which bike.
Only thing I knew was that Delkevic headers would fit but did not like their muffler.
The exhaust I like most is from Moto Gp Works, so if I find a muffler which looks like that I will buy it.
(they did not sell the muffler on itself, only whole exhaust(does not fit in suitcase))
Until then I have to find/make a mid piece to connect Ali with Delkevic.

Took the neutral switch out and checked that it was broken, put it back in and was about to order a new one but it repaired itself
Put the chain on and checked that the clutch is working also.
I can put it in first gear but not in second, don't know if this is normal for an engine not running.
Tomorrow D-Day B)

About the muffler.

I can make something at a friend of mine but than I won't have my bike with me for test fitting.

And when I am at my bike and it does not fit I don't have the tools to adjust it :(
Most stuff from Ali is for mopeds and scooters and the diameter is 54mm and my collector is 63,5mm.
But I have all the stuff I need now to make the connection.

Also after starting I had some minor leaks :S

Head gasket, oil pressure switch and exit of generator cables.
The last 2 I can fix but the first one sucks.

Wow!! It looks fantastic.Well done Eric. I have heard that the point where the wires exit the generator are a weak spot on a lot of bikes. Not just Zs and not even just Kawasakis. Mine was loaded with some sort of silicone kit.I cleaned it out and put on a fresh gasket.I havent thought to check it yet.
As for the exhaust, What about making the ends of your midsection, slightly oversize, cut a slot in them and clamp them on with jubilee clips. Then wrap it up with a bit of exhaust wrap. Not perfect but it shou;ld do to get you on the road and last until you can find a better solution.
Good luck with it.
