Nice find! What year is it? Looks like it was well loved (worn) but I'd still wear the hell out of it.

Finally all done! Got some help from a friend with the ignition advancing and tuning. Also the new key housing since I'm using aftermarket clocks.

Next is to redo the exhaust paint, rear MC, and then front tach cable hole. Need to plug it up. Plus horn doesn't work when the engine is hot. Could just be a stuck bottom.

Ha I know right? I'm still in break in but my god is it faster than my original stock. From 68 horse power back to 100+. Quite the jump.

congrats on getting there sir!

love the bike and the attention to detail.

it assaults my senses  makes me feel tingly and kinda sick all at once :woohoo: !

i'm a firm believer that red frames don't belong on kz's,purely personal opinion and not one that matters for your build.

it's funny because as much as i hate the red and black i love the fact that you did it and would love to ride with you .i might good naturedly give you crap about the red frame but it's a cool bike and love the" f@ck you attitude" it gives off.

have a blast on it.thanks for postin,

Congratulations as well Dobbins! Like it a lot! I agree with Leon, the black and red seems to work well together. As a matter of fact, I would have done the duck tail in red as well. Looks very cool. Enjoy riding her.
