Ehh...not so much skill, it´s more that I rip off every nice feature found here at KZR !
And sometimes add a tweak to them :laugh:

Hey guys,

It´s been a while but never the less I have been busy.

Bought a lathe:

Bought a mill:

First delivery from the lathe and mill was a modified engine block ventilation.

Engine cover before mod:

Turned engine cover:

Paint and some more milling and turning:

Material for a air filter: (old push bike sadle rod)

Some turning and milling:

Bend some net for the filter:

u didnt rip that one off from KZR.
at least , thats the first time i've seen it done.
Mad skills i'd say.

76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.
01 CBR600F4i Track bike.

Thanx guys,

Yeah...that idea actually came from me, wanted to get away from that hideous breather cover.
But it didn´t come cheap summing up the cost of the machines...so please dont tell my wife :whistle:

Small update:

Made a template for rearset brackets and got them laser cut at work.
Then turned and milled some bits and pieces to get the frame ready for paint.
