Well, I did get the brake pedal side rearset to the same point that I have the shifter side. No pictures today. I spent considerable time game planning the master cylinder mount, brake pedal return spring, brake light switch and how they relate to the brake pedal. I hope to achieve a substantially more sleek look than the GSXR setup. I also figured out the shopping list for z1e.

Hoping to get my integrated led taillight with sequential turn signals tomorrow. I ordered the taillight and a windshield for the zx-10r from the same ebay seller. The windshield got here today, so.... No combined shipping.

The planning takes the longest...and in the case of rearsets, there is quite a bit of complex geometry involved in a tight package. Keep up the good work Josh, I know you'll post good pics when you have them.

This might be of some use to u Josh. it allows u to eliminate the brake light switch, and it's spring, mounting issue.
Mine works great.

Thanks mark. Guess I'll have to check that out when I get home. My PC at work doesn't want to go to Z1E, ever!

Adam, your right about that brake side rearset. I could just copy the GSXR geometry, but I am lengthening the lever to accomodate my above average boots. This changes all of the lenghts if you want to have the same pedal stroke to acheive the proper brake function.

You sure came up with that picture fast. Are those from the Trianglelaguna collection?

Thanks man! I actually managed to get to Z1E. I just had to switch to Firefox. IE wasn't doing the trick. I might wind up using that switch. Good thinking.

Is that a switch that replaces the banjo bolt? If so, I'll need one of those too! How're the rearsets coming along Josh?

Yeah you just pop that in place of the banjo bolt on the caliper. The rearsets are coming slowly. I had one of "those" days yesterday. Everything was fine until I got home. I am pleased to report that my taillight did come in, and I think that it will do just fine. It's supposed to fit a 03-05 R6, and it fits nicely if you turn it upside down. Any attempt to film this thing with my camera phone resulted in red glare, so here's the ebay listing: cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-05-Yamaha-R6-...fPartsQ5fAccessories

I wonder if you could use that banjo switch at the master cylinder instead and avoid running wires back to the rear wheel. I like the functions your tailight came with. I'm interested to see how it looks tucked up against the tail. Could you take a pic for us? Just put some tape over the lense to eliminate reflection from the flash
