What other mods do you have as fitting bigger carbs like those to a stock motor will be a waste of money and won't work as you expect.
26mm to 28mm Mikuni VM slide carbs from a stock 900 or 1000 is a more sensible move and will bolt straight on with the correct boots.
These will be able to deliver more than enough mix than your motor will need.

So I wanted to know if there was something easy to find aftermarket and while I was, of course, that helped me increase performance or otherwise had mechanical drive (for now I have not made any other modifications to the engine, I only have an open exhaust) .
So I imagined that the 34 were too big, but looking on the websites of the various carburetor manufacturers I did not find any indication for the kz750, except on the Mikuni site that indicated the rs34 as compatible.
And what's more, having a look around they also seemed to have more affordable prices than others.

They are the early Z1 with 2 bolt tops and have an inferior linkage, don't keep balance very well and will be more expensive because the rivet counting restorers want them.
It's the SS you want with the 3 bolt tops.

Do you know if the part number 16001-1205 corresponds to a VM28SS?zed1015 wrote: Don't go for the SC carbs.

It comes from a KZ1000, do you know if it is suitable?
