Does a cylinder head with dropped valve have any value?

This cylinder head looks kind of bad to me but upon inspection it doesn’t have any broken fins. It does have missing screws and one of the valve ports look bad. can it be salvaged or is it ready for salvage? Appreciate y’alls expertise. Thoughts?

That one is "marginal" at best, all the damage would need smoothing out to avoid "hotspots" and "pre-ignition" removing that much material would lower the compression on that cylinder. the valve seat would need replacing and probably the guide, it's repairable but would be expensive to do correctly
Edit: the ports look a mess also, hard to tell from the pics how bad

Not sure it gets better with the pics. Thank you. If anyone in the community wants to practice on it and wants to make a gentle-person’s (nominal) offer + pay for shipping (heavy) I’ll send it your way. Just holler.

Otherwise it’ll be shelf art.

Scrap metal.  Anything can be fixed, but why?  Find a better head.  They aren't that expensive.

Depends on what it is. My KZ 1000 junk head was bad but not that bad. Took some doing and light porting then it turned out GREAT. I wouldn't even try with that one.

Also no cam caps, nice cylinder to "play" but don't put any money in it

If you have the cam cap that came with that head, a proper shop with the right equipment and experience can fix it.

You have to remember you can't deck (skim) a 650 head very much unlike a 900 head, that issue will play into that combustion chamber repair.

Looks like a KZ 1000 head so it might be worth fixing.
