Looks great, nice pipe. How big is the outlet? I’m running stock jetting and it’s right. I’ve got the “street baffle” and I’m close to sea level.

It's about a 1-1/4" outlet.

Thank You, for the input Ive been looking at a setup as yours, But couldn't get any input except salesmen, Ive always run Kerker for so long I don't quite remember a stock pipe sound after 40 years, and Im wanting to put some Town bike bags for a trip to the store for a loaf of bread or something. Ive been to Guam a couple times when in the Navy, What is your quickest time from one end of the Island to the other? I never made it much past the EM club myself.

Its a nice sounding pipe, a lot of bark when you open the throttle.
Not too fast. Traffic usually makes the commute annoyingly slow.

I adjusted the mix screws and 1,2 and 4 liked 3 turns out , while 3 was happier at 2 out and didnt drag the engine down when turned lower.
The low end power is solid and revs well, but full throttle pulls seem choppy until the rpms rise. I'm gonna have to dig back into the carbs.

Lookin good there Jimbo!

Don't sweat the screw settings, but I do look for consistency on their settings. because if there is too much difference, it could indicate other problems such as a partially plugged passage, leaking carb holder, valve not sealing etc.

Mine are probably somewhat like yours though. I don't know, it's been ~ a year since I messed with the carbs . Plenty of other things to screw around with on mine. :-)

I just recently got my OEM spring clamps to replace the missing ones on my intake boots. ONLY 26 bucks for 4 of them from partzilla. What a deal!

What poish? lol
It's hibernating. I haven't even looked at the bike in a few weeks. I may get it out next Sunday since a high in the 60's is forecast.
I need to fix this:

Yep, easy peasy. Fabricating in the cramped, cold 10X10' shed, not so much. Nowhere near as easy as MS painting it in.

Looks like the No.3 plug boot had come loose on the plug.
I snapped it back in to test out and now it seems like I may have a starter clutch issue. Half the time it spins over fine, but sometimes it makes a loud mechanical spinning "grinding" sound, and doesnt seem to be turning over as well. Time to investigate, I suppose.
I'm going to pick up some new jets to try out as well, after I research the best place to buy them.
