Brown seats draw almost as many opposing views as a good "oil" debate
I think that is dark enough to work with the colour scheme(I went with black on my build as I still haven't decided what the end paint scheme will be
)

haha it would seem that way....
i've had really good experience with a shop in Vietnam that makes reproduction seats, complete for around $250 shipped.

Minor updates:
ordered a few electrical parts; local shop welding up a bracket for the right side cover grommet; had to take apart the rear end as the rear caliper mount is bent, cheap fix; ordered clutch and throttle cables.
To do:
fuel system, exhaust (muffler purchase and fitment), gauge, headlight and mounts, quickshifter and dyno tuning.

Have you come up with a resolution to the cross tube you removed from the frame ? (if not the resultant flex may break the engine mounts off of the motor)

once i have the exhaust in place i'm going to see what i can do about putting the same tube back in or a smaller diameter solid shaft and weld it in place.
