Ended up getting these socks from RamAir to slip over the velocity stacks. Space is tight, but it should work out ok. Socks for the road, and stacks for the track!

Yeah it's pretty clean. The cam lock action holds the tube up top, and the traditional bottom yoke does the heavy lifting so to speak. There's a few designs out there for a similar setup with adjustable steering head angle etc.
