Retro Fighter 2.0 (KZ 1100 -82 goes Z1 clone)

First base coat came on today..

2nd base coat on.
Started laying down the graphics..

Great job..... So are the colors silver and white? And are u painting in ur garage?

Great start! Can't wait to see the final product. Keep those pictures coming please. I really want to paint my own but I don't have the air compressor for it.

Nope...I´ll keep you hanging for the final color for some more days. Silver is the base that will be covered with a colored clear coat.
Yepp...built a plastic bubble that I´m painting in.

Arnold.....do u have some kind of an exhaust system inside the bubble ( paintbooth)

Ok I´m officially the Bubble Boy now...just like the Seinfeld episode :silly:

Spy: Yeah, I have a small heating fan in there to keep the temp up. I´ll turn that off when I´m painting.
Then I have the kitchen fan to pull out air from the room...this keeps a small over pressure inside the bubble.
Just like the Bubble Boy had it in the Sein-episode :sick:
