is your steering limited with the use of those triple trees...
I'm sure its ok on the road but is the steering radius affected at parking lot speed?

the steering on the one I did with the gsxr 1000 front end was limited quite a bit ...so I started to make my own triple trees

the header hasnt been scraped yet.:)
A new exhaust is in the works but this was just laying around so i could finish it.

The picture is a bit deceiving in that my driveway slopes down so it bike is actually closer to the ground then if it were on flat land.

THe radius is limited but its somthing i can live with.

For the rearsets i am using a GSXR shifter part with the yamaha peg on that side which connects better. The yamaha would require race pattern shifting to work properly.

531BlackBanshee,

actually the stripe kit is nowhere near stock. Its actually my own colors and pattern . Well the patern is close to a 74 75 but the paint and the width of the stripes is nothing like stock. For some reason it just looked right and so i wasnt concerned with it being stock just "feeling" stock :)

and thanks for the compliments.:)

wow,you winged it?!
they turned out great.it is hard to put other paint/graphic jobs on these bikes and look "right".if you stay in the vein of stock decals they look "right".great job, man.love the decal's,even more so because you dreamed it up.
