Yes, since I bought those China shocks, I got those adapters for both, eye and clevis, but I used the eye adapters for something else...:P

But if you want to make eye model instead you can do that, because I am not sure if I will use those shocks...

yes i still need to get some decent replacements for the z1r.my re-painted stockers look ok and work ok but i would like something a little better,the ohlins i have the spring is too big around and bumps against my 200mm rear tire.

That would be some long forks.. 23.7 feet you should have plenty of ground clearance..lol :laugh:

im no expert but im thinking the shock mounts will be under a compression load more so then tension most of the time so i dont see why it wouldnt work.we used to use something like that on electrical panels i think they were called riv-nuts or something like we install them into heavy gauge sheetmetal then you could like 1/4-20 machine screw to mount a cover on and be able to remove it without stripping out the hole in the metal B)

Still recovering,some days are better than others.

Roy! Thank you for the help.
I appreciate you taking the time to answer my qusetion.
I have ordered a set of USD zx9 forks. So I will be cutting, fitting, and welding soon. Best of luck and thanks again.
