I seam’s to me that just having a larger tire in the rear than the front is the same thing? As u lean the bike the rear tire (being wider) has to be on a dif line than the front anyways. If they cant feel a dif with a 120 front and 200mm rear u should be fine. Does that make any sense?
Are u using an O ring chain?

Yes, thats what I thought as well. Should be interesting to know how many that are driving with offset, and how much. Hmmm.
I have done further measurements, and now if I cut more on the left side of the Busa swing, there is only 6-8 mm to take on the sprocket carrier, and that should be within the limit on what that carrier can be milled without any problems.
And after that is done its no offset. :woohoo:
I allready earlier did some shaving on that swing, so this is just a kind of termination of the job.
Pics are coming on that.
Where X marks the spot.
I am pretty sure that I can use the Busa arm, so I have started on the job to find out where to weld on the fasteners for shocks and the mount for the torque rod for the rear brake.
OH Yes the old rusty 1000R shocks...

How long are hayabusa forks? Can you tell how much clearance you will have?
I really like your build and hope to have a new set of forks by next week.
