I don't see why anyone would put a stretched swingarm on one of these, as though there wasn't already an issue with the tire spinning.

In the process of swapping an '04 GSXR rear swing arm on the bike, and it's time to think about the brake. Anyone for see a problem using the KZ master to drive the rear brake? Any reason I should swap to a GSXR master?

Hi guys!
I'm new for this site and I read all of this project. Cool stuff! So I try some parts on my KZ650LTD. It is GSXR front end, bolt rite on like its made for it. In back some Ninja swing arm and it need bushing bore bolt and about 1/4" spacers on sides, between frame and swing arm. Than going to weld tabs on sides for two shocks which going to be from ZRX. Gas tank of Yamaha XS750 and seat I just steak on of different project, I thinking mo Kawasaki classic race tail or find one more gas tank and cut of part of it and use for stub.

Any suggestions, word of advise and criticism welcome!

Thank you guys!

Hello, Voxa_33, and WELCOME to KZrider! :cheer:

But your interesting project's likely to get lost mingled here in D.Nel928's thread.

Would recommend starting a new topic for your KZ650LTD, which should elicit more and better responses.

Good Fortune! :)
patton you need to take this bike to the chrome shop.

There is another rider who is on the ZRXOA forum named El'zRex and he has the same setup I believe. His name is Chris. I don't know if he is on this forum though. He is very knowledgable on the KZ platforms and has drag raced them for many years.

I like the flat sides there is a link on one of the previous comments.

However after nearly 10 years, I want to ride this mule for a year or so before I tinker with it again.

These are what I want. I can afford them it could be easy to do. Going through a second iteration of re-jetting is making me wince. What would be ideal is to find another KZ owner with same engine mods, and copy that jetting to start with.
