The only ones i see on ebay are either powder coated or painted.
I was starting to think some aluminum and a tig welder wouldnt be a bad idea

I went and found the one I have yesterday. It has some rub marks from the shock on it. I could take some pictures if your interested in it.

The one on mine is hand fabricated aluminum / heli arc welded to shape.
Since then, cut and shaped a little more at swingarm, to let more chain oil spray on my stockings with my skirt :laugh:

you can see where the shock rubbed it. I would keep my eye out for a nice one on ebay. This one wont go anywhere in case you cant find one.

On that bike the forks look like KZ forks (no reflector) and the rear grab rail is from a different model (too tall).

Took a while to see the gouges on that chain guard looks like it came loose or something? I'll keep it in mind tho
