New Back End .......Better or Worse????

Ok Guys-
I need opinions of this one. The bike fell over and damaged the alternator cover, and gas ate away the paint. So I decided to restyle the bike while I was doing a repaint. My question is, am i heading in the right direction, or did I %uck up a good thing. I still have the old seat and tail untouched, but I think this could end up looking pretty good.
Input please.

I think I liked it better before but it isn't done yet so it is hard to say. I liked the original fender more. It seemed to flow better with the rest of the bike. I would like to see it after paint is done though.

IMO, new would look better with a matching squared off tank like GPz. Old looks better with the tank you have and would look even better with a trimmer saddle.

That would look cool if you lowered the back end and made it rigid but with the shocks it sticks up too much and looks too short. Just my opinion but I liked it how it was.

Perhapses it just needs a lip on the back to make the tail look thicker.

Although I liked the old look, I think the new look has good potential. And I'm sure it will look much different once it's painted too.

I think I'd either toss the supports and shorten and paint the chrome fender, or go with a sleeker (matching) painted cafe style fender though.

I would paint all the pieces to match so you can flip flop.
