Keys locked under seat.

If it has a helmet lock take it to the Lock Smith.

Hey, look at the bright side. At least you didn't remember the keys were in your pocket just as you finished drilling the lock.

Ya I thought about that and searched the shop and everywhere I could think of just before drilling. It would have sucked to drill it out and then see no keys down there.

I bent the tab on the hinge pin retainer on one of my 550's . Unbolted it and bent it back later , no damage .

I have bent the tabs to a lot of bikes that i have parted out. I suggested that method on here once and the method was recieved as well as a case of clapp.

I know it is late and all, but that tab bending idea sounds as if it would have worked..........

A hammer and notched flathead/piece of thick rod/thinner chisel. Might have done the trick.
