I suspect you will need to get "jiggy" with the fabricating and either scratch build one, or adapt one from a more popular towing bike like a HD or Honda Goldwing. Aftermarket accessories for 40 year old bikes are fairly thin on the ground !

Love the enthusiasm but you have to be realistic too. Trailers can get you in a lot of trouble if you are already is less then optimal physical shape. Those tow behinds can push the ass end of bike around if trail braking on wet/crappy pavement leading to a serious wreck. Plus lots of other stuff. Might really give this some serious thought!!

A sidecar can also be a choice. Installation is a bit more complex, but it avoids the "excitement" of a wagging trailer.

In fact, I used to see a guy around here that had the controls transferred to the sidecar. He sat in his chair there and drove the bike. The first time I saw him, I did a double-take as the rig was going down the street with nobody on he motorcycle!

Be sure the weight is forward of the wheels.  This increases stability.

Put a large luggage rack on the bike, or have one fabricated to fit the wheelchair?
