Fuel for thought and questions
Will you be riding alone on the bike ?
If so , How about a side mount bracket like for saddle bags.
I'm guessing the wheelchair folds up
If needed offset the weight with a saddle bag on the other side of the motorcycle

Here is some "food for thought" ! as stated in the article this device was simply a "rule bender" but something similar would serve your purpose and still allow you to "lean" into corners as intended on a motorcycle ???

Haha! Fabulous. Looks like it would be fairly simple to fabricate. Just strap the chair on and go!
