1976 A4 Rear Swing Arm Help

Bump..... Still looking for advice on stripping old and damaged paint form the plastic body parts. Would like to get them into primer state while the frame and small pieces are at the powder coater.

Some guys swear that brake fluid will take it off. I didnt have any luck with that, so sand sand sand. If you get most of it off and its smooth, I wouldnt think you need to go all the way to the bare plastic.
