AND, the stock chains were endless. That required the removal of the swing arm to install and uninstall.

I've gotten lazy in my old age. I use my angle grinder and it's off in seconds. This tool is very handy for cutting, shaping and other things. A client lost the keys to his expensive bicycle. Cut through that Kriptonite lock like butter.
He got mad.

Got the side plate off. Rolled the chain up in the rear sprocket as suggested, then able to use a little more leverage to remove it. Thanks so much again for "All" of your Help !!!

How are your sprockets? If good and I doubt it, you can pull the new chain through using the new master link.

Age has nothing to do with it, I used my dremel to cut my old 630 off, and again ti take some links off.
