I went both ways with the fender. This one has a flat contour long side and when oriented long side front it doesn't follow the wheel contour. Looks like an old skool flat top haircut. Was thinking of chopping it but there is a strength layer built up along the edge. Would destroy the integrity. No worries I'm good with it.

17 Mar 2015 15:38Yeah and ain't done yet. Rear fender is waiting for the tail light to arrive then its next. Working a simple rear seat(albeit small) for my girl to hitch a ride from time to time. Still mulling designs. More fun to come.bluezbike wrote: Fender and fairing look really good KBK......pretty much transformed a rather staid looking KZP

Any ideas how to stop a headlight from buzzing? At high RPM the headlight bezel sings me a hornets nest. I may replace it. Any thoughts? Its a 7 inch

Dynamat or similar knock off might do the trick, if there is room to stick it that is. I used it to keep my mirrors from rattling. I think i still have a bunch, i can mail you some fo free if you'd like.

I had a quarter fairing like that. It was off a Susie. It ripped me a new A** hole literally in the wreck. Damn near lost the family jewels. Shards of ragged plastic. I hope the one I have now will just come off in a crash.

Am vaguely recalling the same sideways pic issue in an earlier thread regarding installation of the fairing.

Good Fortune!

the right passenger seat could really finish it off right.
are you going to saran wrap the frame and fiberglass it or go the sheetmetal route????
