I love this setup. I'm getting KZ1000 police, newer one and would like to have this set up with gold anodized inverted forks and swing arm.
What is the wheel that can be mounted on this swing arm?
I would also love to pay someone to do the mods for me.

here is the ZRX swingarm. It looks pretty easy, cut of a little at the pivot and space out the shocks. Pretty straight forward for the arm. Still waiting on 2 others and then I decide. If I don't use the ZRX arm it is going up for sale here.

How much longer is the ZRX swing arm from the stock KZ?
I would be definitely interested in it however I still need to make a deal on the bike.
Still contemplating between '01 KZ police with low mileage or '78 that will need a lot more work.
Thanks

Ok, I cut about 3/16" off each side of the aluminum tube, and then turned down the stock KZ650 sleeve to 20mm od to fit inside the ZRX sleeve, then put that in the ZRX and measured and trimmed equal amounts off of the right side spacer and the swingarm sleeve to make them equal which gives about 0.1" on each side for a spacer to mate with the frame bosses and support the sides of the swingarm.
I'm done looking for a swingarm

I'm currently fitting a gpz750 swing arm to a 650 frame, seems to be straight forward. I picked the swing arm up with some other parts and it's already had the solo shock mounts removed and waiting to be relocated.
The more difficult part seems to at this time fitting the zx900 rear wheel. It was about 1/4 too wide, 1/8 came off each side spacer and now I'm just navigating clearing the sprocket bolts to swingarm.
@kawiconvert that swap is killer looking! Nice job. Looking forward to final pics.

Kawiconvert has not been on KZR since November 2014, almost exactly one year after he posted that message. It is unlikely he will respond.
