Not to mention the centerstand makes checking the oil a 2 second task. Try checking it without one

Or just sit on the bike and check the oil level with an inexpensive telescoping mirror (readily available everywhere).

mark.
i could do it but,i would have to have a bike with a centerstand, chain, and wheel(the same size as yours) to be able to make sure everything fit.right now i don't think i have a center stand(not that i can find anyways)for mockup.
it will take some doin but it can be done.

...wouldn't you know it! Parts are coming in left and right. Mostly small stuff the past 2 weeks, bearings, bushings, little trim stuff and small hardware. But, as is usual, all the big ticket and important items are now coming in all at once.

...my newly built wiring harness will be on its way in the next day, or so. Leon has finished my swingarm and it'll be here tomorrow. My tank and seat/tail combo showed up today!

...so, what's the problem, you ask? The problem is, I had a business trip pop up and I'm going to CHINA FOR THE NEXT THREE WEEKS! Leaving this Saturday and I really wanted to get crackin' on getting this project underway and set up so I could finally send the frame out for powder coating. That's when the real fun begins!

...with the weather as nice as its been, I'm doubly pissed! Eh, it'll wait, I guess. But, the trip couldn't have come at a worse time. A month ago would have been perfect, just not now. I don't mind the work, 'cause I get to set things straight, kick a little ass and set people on the right course. There's some fun to be had, but not as much as I'd have workin' on the new toy.

...anyway, check out my 200mph couch! :woohoo:

...OK, so it doesn't go 200mph, but it sure looks like it could.

...here's a couple shots sitting on its future home.

...at least I'll have something to look forward to when I get home.

...after eating Chinese food for three weeks straight, I'm gonna need something to look forward to.

...

...anybody here like chicken feet and goat balls?
