hardtail choices... was created by Wheels
i'm researching hardtails and I have found these:

1. www.thefactorymetalworks.com/ProductDeta...uctCode=HT-UNIVERSAL

2. www.tcbroschoppers.com/store/index.php?m...ath=8&products_id=10

3. welding current swingarm

a couple of questions... are there any other options that i haven't come across? and... those that have used one of these, can you give some tips?

thanks,

wheels

Would google konging motorcycle frame

Lowers seat height to hardtail specs and keeps the shocks.
Which some folks consider as the best of both worlds.

Also search konging in the above search forum box.

Good Fortune! :)

Also, check out bratstyle.com. It's all in Japanese so lucky you if you can read it, but its all bobber style chops but keep the rear shocks. Probably similar to konging or w.e but bratstyle is sick. Alot of people have used tc bros and like them. With those you will have to make a jig and what not to do it right. Def don't think you should weld onto the swingarm, that just looks lazy and half assed most of the time. Also check out chopcult.com sick site/forum with all your custom build shit you could ever want. Everyone is super cool over there. Alot of the guys here swear by keeping a bile stock(which is fine) but you might find more of what you want as far as custom stuff over there.

I bought the universal kit from tc brothers choppers for my 78 750b3. Haven't set it up yet but aside from setting the lines straight and measuring, it seems pretty straight forward. Should do it in a couple weeks and I'll get back with you.

The bolt on hardtail are for Triumphs and BSAs, not Kawis.
