They should have T-Shirts made that say "Got Gussets?" ....Lol

So Leon, when you making the gusset kit 2.0? Do your loyal customers get to buy the kit addendums at a discount!

I mean at that point, just start with some DOM chrome moly or 1018 steel tubing and start from scratch! I can see addressing weak areas, but it looks like they are reinforcing their reinforcments!

Besides a full on, sticky race compound tired track bike, what chassis flex do you need to account for?

Cory
Put any kind of serious power and decent rubber on a stock z1 frame and youll find out what flex theyre trying to eliminate! :woohoo:

I understand that 'cause that is why I did all my bracing. Those additional brace are bracing components that are already braced....thus my amazement.

Well right away of course! I do like the front steering tube lower braces, along with the additional plate the is punched on the throat of the down tubes....

Would have to re do my steering stabilizer and oil cooler mounting....

BTW, one thing to keep in mind when doing the under seat bracing is to make sure the seat lock is in place and will clear the bracing....had to notch for mine!
