GS1100 vs GSXR600 Swingarm

I have been swamped this year. Just starting on this project, as my slow time is 10/16-1/31.

I did have some sleeve made. Many machinist who I spoke to and from the board here did say that it needed to be hardened steel where it rides on the bearings. There was some discussion on doing a multi-part sleeve to reduce weight, but I opted for a simple full-length solution.

The result of the sleeve fits nicely into the GSXR swingarm, rides on the bearings and the stock bolt then fits nicely through the sleeve.

Hate to hijack this thread but will a zx12 arm fit a kz frame thanks

About an 1' wide at the pivot point, so lots of mods. I did not want to do that much work myself.
