Search for "Kawasaki EFI Troubleshooting Manual", not sure if its on here or not, but its a good PDF manual to check thru. There should also be something in the FSM.

You probably have a sensor out of wack.

There are several docs and trouble shooting guides about EFI located in the filebase. You do need to be logged into the site and then click on filebase and choose search and use the following in the search window EFI.

Have you checked the injectors aren’t dribbling and that they “break” cleanly

i think i got narrowed down to weak fuel pump or the injectors as you said wookie i read on another forum that the fuel pressure would need to be raised to like 40 psi vs the 36 psi i tried to adjust the fuel reg but it wont go over around 38 psi

Over time the injectors clog with crystallised crap in the fuel (just like carb jets) for it to run well the injected fuel need to be "atomised" in a fine mist but clogged injectors cause "droplets" of fuel to be gobbed in. The test outlined in the link I posted allows you to "see" what is happening
You can rig a stand-alone fuel pump to pump "white spirt" through the injectors into a jar (you will need to rig a power supply to switch the injectors - the FSM advises having a light bulb in series to reduce the current through the injector) if you run them like this for 15-20 seconds you will see an improvement in the spray pattern and atomisation :)

There are lots of videos on You Tube, just search "diy fuel injector cleaning" then "diy fuel injector testing"

You can also buy pulse tester and cleaner kits on Ebay or Amazon for reasonable money.

The gas droplet "puddling" in the intake runner would present as a rich condition.
