Can't tell from your video Steve but what was the charging voltage at 5000+ rpm?

Did you run the stator wires directly into the R/R and does the power output wire and ground run directly to the battery?

14v lights off, just under with just the headlight, 13v with all the lights. That was at 5000 RPM. All wires hooked up except the brown one. I need a new wiring loom. Do you have a link to Ricks. Can't seem to find it.

Looks better than the one I got from z1partsinc. More epoxy covering the windings. Good price too. I'll contact them for a more powerful one. For now I'm getting all the power I need. Both stock ones I have did the same thing. The Mosfet is letting more power get to the battery and the system. I bought the other one as well just in case. Thanks for the tip Ed.

Got the newer one and installed it. I'm more confident in this one.
