Ok. Well that's set- runs beautifully! Until I switch the choke off.. Then it dies

The proper gap according to the Kawasaki Service Manual is 0.3mm - 0.4mm. Ed

If your out for a ride, and the points either close, or open up, a business card thickness is close enough thickness to be able to get you home.
