Yeah that's what i was thinking. Its leaking right where it mates to the engine.
I just watched a video on YouTube on how to fix the carb holders but then right at the end the guy says he doesn't know if it will work or not lol.

The good news for you is that according to Kawasaki.com all 4 carb holders are still "Active" parts so any dealer can order them for you. Ed

I wonder how much kawasaki wants for them. Z1 wants almost $70 for the set.

On the rotor being backwards, i did the static timing and when the magnet in the rotor is lined up with the left pick up the light is on (with advance opened and timing marks lined up).
Would this still happen if it was installed backwards?

If you can get a set of 4 for about $70 that's a good deal. Partzilla wants $38 for each holder, and their prices are usually very good. Ed

Well i think i figured out the problem with the ignition. I had the green wire and the black wire swapped around. Hopefully that'll fix my problem.
Now if this weather would cooperate maybe i can get this thing running.
